NusaFab
Bilingual company profile for a precision manufacturer.

Overview
A procurement engineer sizing up a supplier wants tolerances, materials, maximum part envelope and how fast a quote comes back. Indonesian manufacturing sites generally offer adjectives and factory photos instead, in one language, on a page slow enough and thin enough that search engines struggle with it. NusaFab is a fictional Cikarang manufacturer used to build the opposite.
Fourteen pages are generated at build time, so a visitor never waits on a database. English and Indonesian each get their own prerendered URL rather than a client-side toggle, which means both get indexed. There is no i18n library: a locale route segment plus two typed dictionaries, where the Indonesian object is declared as the type of the English one, so a missing translation key fails the build instead of rendering an empty string in production.
Key features
Specifications are the content
Materials, routine and tightest tolerances, maximum envelope and a four-stage order flow, in place of marketing paragraphs.
Translations checked by the compiler
The Indonesian dictionary is typed against the English one, so a forgotten key breaks the build rather than shipping blank text to production.
A colour that exists for contrast
The brand orange only reaches about 3.2:1 on light backgrounds. A darker variant is used for small text alone, which moved accessibility from 93 to 100 without touching the brand colour.
Public forms never touch the database
The quote form posts to a server action holding the service role key, so RLS can deny the anon role outright and CAD uploads land in a private bucket.
